Data use and acceptable use

PermitCentral delivers building permit information to subscribers for business prospecting. By using a feed, you agree to the following:

• Use leads to contact property owners about relevant services by mail, door hangers or email, in line with applicable law.
• Do not send cold text messages or make robocalls or prerecorded calls to homeowners from these leads.
• Honor every opt-out and do-not-mail request promptly. We remove do-not-mail requests from postcard runs.
• Do not imply that you or PermitCentral are a government agency, and never send mail styled as an “official notice”.
• Do not resell or republish the feed, or share it outside your company, unless your plan allows it in writing.
• Permit data is provided as is and may be incomplete or delayed. Leads are information, not guaranteed jobs.
